Welcome to ORDENZA. By using our website or our automated WhatsApp ordering system, you agree to the following Terms.

1. SERVICE DESCRIPTION

ORDENZA provides:

• AI-assisted WhatsApp order collection

• Automatic data extraction (name, address, orders, payment type)

• Telegram-based restaurant dashboard

• Order status tracking system

• Reporting & analytics dashboard (Looker Studio or equivalent)

• Hosting and technical backend for order management

ORDENZA does NOT produce, deliver, or guarantee food products.
All orders are fulfilled solely by participating restaurants.

2. USER RESPONSIBILITIES

Users agree to:

• Provide accurate information

• Not misuse or abuse the system

• Not attempt to hack, reverse-engineer, or interfere with ORDENZA services

3. RESTAURANT RESPONSIBILITIES

Restaurants using ORDENZA agree to:

• Provide accurate menu and price information

• Process and deliver orders correctly

• Communicate with customers when necessary

• Comply with food safety and local regulations

ORDENZA is not responsible for disputes between restaurants and customers.

4. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY

ORDENZA is not responsible for:

• Incorrect orders submitted by users

• Delays in food preparation or delivery

• Network outages or WhatsApp/Telegram disruptions

• Errors caused by user devices

• Actions taken by restaurant employees

Our responsibility is strictly limited to providing the technical platform.

5. PAYMENTS

Payment for food is handled directly between the restaurant and the customer.
ORDENZA does not store or process card payment information.

6. SUSPENSION OF SERVICE

We may suspend or terminate access if:

• Abuse or illegal use is detected

• System security is threatened

• A restaurant violates our policies

7. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY

All workflows, software, text, designs, and automation systems within ORDENZA belong to ORDENZA and may NOT be copied, resold, or reproduced without written permission.

8. TERMINATION

Users or restaurants may stop using the service at any time.
Restaurants may request data deletion or account deactivation.

9. GOVERNING LAW

These terms are governed by:

• EU General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR)

• Turkish Personal Data Protection Law (KVKK)

• Applicable commercial laws
